The cornerstone of KORSO Group is our Industrial Parks, Real Estate, and Development Division. We have extensive experience in constructing industrial parks, apartment buildings, commercial spaces, parking garages, and managing top-tier administrative facilities.

Our Real Estate and Development Division guides projects from the initial concept through to the final property management. We offer a full range of services, including project preparation, administration, architectural solutions, construction management, and the selection of high-quality, reliable suppliers. While we retain some investment projects for our ongoing business operations, others are sold to new owners.

The largest and most successful project undertaken by KORSO Group is the Veľká Ida Industrial Park, located near Košice. Our company has developed one of the most modern industrial areas, attracting foreign investors without any state or other subsidies. We have recently completed the consolidation of neighbouring plots from small landowners and are now preparing for a significant expansion of the industrial park.
